Design our relationship so that expectations and goals are clear on both sides. Our formal relationship will last six months but you will be a member of our communiy for life.
Match you with a talented, diverse & creative board of advisors. They will act as your compass through these uncharted waters. Yes, they will also all be younger than you but they're wise beyond their years.
Brief you as well as them. We make sure your advisors understand your venture before they ever step into the "board room". We instruct you on how to make the most of your time. Preparing both sides ensures the experience is productive and directed
Introduce you in a comfortable, social setting. The success of your overall experience will be impacted by the dynamics of the group so we like to get everyone off on right foot.
Plan everything so that you always have a time and space to meet. We then work with you to evaluate the experience and structure your next meetings.
Harvest all that you've learned. We don't want you walking away with just thoughts in your head so we will help you make use of what you hear.
Follow up to see how we can continue to serve. Working with you is our passion so there is no reason our relationship should end when the program is over
